If you need to update or edit a contact, you’ll need to do so directly from your CRM. Saved contacts from integrations cannot be edited directly in Aircall. Example: Contact Sync will work for Phone numbers when using the Aircall-HubSpot integration, and will additionally work for Mobile phone numbers if there is also a Phone number saved on the Contact. Contact Sync will function with the same number fields that call logging does for each respective integration, however secondary fields will only sync if there is also a main phone number. In order for Contact Sync to properly work, you will need to ensure that your contacts are saved with a number in the main phone number field of your CRM. Other number formats will not work with this feature. In order to use the Contact Sync function, you'll need to ensure that your contacts are saved within the E.164 format and that you also have the country code included. To sync all your existing CRM contacts to Aircall in bulk, please make sure to use the Desktop or Web phone application to import your contacts.
